How Does Laser Micro-Coring work?
Micro Laser Coring harnesses the precision and power of Fotona’s F-Runner scanner, delivering fractional Er:YAG laser energy to create microcolumns of tissue ablation just 250 μm wide. This precise vaporization technique targets only a small fraction of the treatment area, initiating the body’s natural wound-healing response. As a result, fibroblasts are stimulated to produce new collagen and elastin, while the surrounding intact tissue promotes rapid healing. Expectations & Downtime:
• This treatment does require downtime; post-treatment, you may experience a feeling similar to sunburn, with redness and light superficial bleeding and “oozing” occurring. We also expect swelling and minimal doscomfort.

You will be managed in clinic pre and post operatively over seen by Peninsula Aesthetic and Laser Clinicmedical director Mr Vallance MBBS F.R.A.C.S (At Peninsula Aesthetic and Laser clinic we do not take these procedures lightly and you will see in clinic everyday post procedure to monitor recovery)
• Multiple sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results, depending on the amount of downtime and desired results (results will vary from patient to patient)
• Complete recovery may take up to two weeks, although in most cases, make-up may be applied and physical activity resumed after seven days.

This Procedure is part of the deep skin reset program it is not a stand alone treatment, we believe that skin should be adequately prepped prior to procedure utilizing corrective skincare, and a combinations of Mesotherapy and non ablative laser to maximize results and lower risk of complications such as prolonged erythema.
