SmoothEye uses Fotona Er:YAG SMOOTH-mode heating around the eyes. It may improve the appearance of selected fine lines and skin laxity. The extent of any improvement varies, and several sessions or maintenance may be needed.
Eye-area concerns can involve skin, fat, muscle or eyelid position. Laser does not replace eyelid surgery, reliably restore lost volume or correct every cause of eye bags or drooping. We assess the concern and explain when medical review or a different option is appropriate.
Appropriate eye protection and practitioner training are essential. Treatment can cause discomfort, redness, swelling, dryness and peeling. Burns, pigment changes, scarring and eye injury are potential risks. Recovery is individual; we do not promise zero downtime.

VectorLift is a Fotona Er:YAG SMOOTH-mode protocol that applies controlled heating to selected areas around the brow and forehead. It may be considered for some concerns about skin laxity after assessment.
It does not create a guaranteed or permanent brow lift. Any change is variable and cannot be assumed to match surgery. Drooping eyelids, eye bags, loss of volume and changes affecting vision may have causes that laser cannot correct and may need medical assessment.
