What is BrightLase?

BrightLase is an advanced rejuvenation protocol that combines full-beam and fractional Q-switched Nd:YAG laser technology. This dual-action approach delivers controlled energy deep into the skin to stimulate collagen, refine texture, and target pigmentation—leaving the skin clearer, smoother, and brighter.

How It Works

🔹 Step 1 — Full-Beam Rejuvenation

Full-beam Q-switch Nd:YAG laser is applied with a gentle brushing technique, ensuring even coverage across the entire face.
Targets: overall tone, clarity, and luminosity.

 

🔹 Step 2 — Fractional Precision

Minimally ablative fractional technology, using gentle settings allowing for minimal downtime.

targets: Large pores, Textural irregularities, Pigmentation, Uneven tone

 

Treatments can be repeated every 4–6 weeks for optimal results

 

Results & Satisfaction

Patients will see visible improvement after just one session, with optimal results typically achieved after a course of four treatments.
 

Expectations & Downtime:

  • This Procedure requires minimal downtime you will be red and little dry and flakey for about 24hours.

  • You will be managed in clinic pre and post operatively over seen by Peninsula Aesthetic and Laser Clinicmedical director Mr Vallance MBBS F.R.A.C.S 

• Multiple sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results.

• Complete recovery may take up to 24 hours, although depending on the condition of skin in some cases this may extend out to 2 days, we believe in overseeing not only patient treatment bust also post care and include in all treatments any post procedure in clinic follow up.

  • we believe that skin should be adequately prepped prior to procedure utilizing corrective skincare to help maximize results and lower risk of complications such as prolonged erythema.

  • While visible results will be noticed quite quickly the optimal results post laser are seen at 3-6 months during which the neocollagenesis phase is happening
